राकेश थपलियाल फिर बने हाईकोर्ट के सहायक सॉलिसिटर जनरल

देहरादून – अधिवक्ता राकेश थापलियाल एक  कद्दावर और स्थापित वकील बन कर उभरे हैं।  बतौर असिस्टेंट सोलिसीटर जनरल नोट बंदी मामले में हाईकोर्ट में सरकार का मजबूती से पक्ष रखने के चलते वे खासी चर्चा में रहे। हरीश रावत मामले में भी वे सुर्खियों में रहे समझा जा रहा है कि इसीलिये मोदी सरकार का भरोसा उन पर बरकरार है। और भारतीय विधि एवं न्याय मंत्रालय द्वारा पुनः तीन साल के लिए उत्तराखंड उच्च न्यायालय में भारत का सहायक सॉलिसिटर जनरल नियुक्त किया गया है। उन्होंने उत्तराखंड में राष्ट्रपति शासन के मामले में भारत के अटॉर्नी जनरल के साथ बखूबी अपनी भूमिका निभाई, नोट बंदी मामले में उन्होंने पूरी सिद्दत के साथ भारत सरकार का पक्ष रखा।

मूल रूप से पौड़ी गढ़वाल के राकेश थपलियाल पहले से ही हाईकोर्ट में प्रदेश के नामी और विद्वान अधिवक्ताओं में शुमार रहे हैं।



Advocate Rakesh Thapaliyal has emerged as a tough and established lawyer. As the Assistant Solicitor General Note-In Case, he has been in a very good discussion due to the government’s stronghold in the High Court. Even in the case of Harish Rawat, they remain in the headlines, it is understood that this is why the trust of the Modi Government remains on them. And again for three years by the Ministry of Law and Justice, he has been appointed Assistant Solicitor General of India in the Uttarakhand High Court. He played his role in Uttarakhand with the Attorney General of India in the matter of President’s rule, in favor of the Government of India in a note-taking case.

Originally, Pauri Garhwal’s Rakesh has been one of the renowned advocates and scholars of the state in Thapliyal High Court.
